Vacation Rental Policies
Most of our rental cottages are available May – October. Some are available year round. Please call for off-season rates. All units are comfortably furnished and have supplied kitchens, TVs. Many of the cottages have linens and towels that are provided and blankets and pillows are provided.
The weekly rental period generally runs from Saturday to Saturday. Some cottages are rented by the month and some are available for weekend rental (three-night minimum). Call for availability. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am.
Renters are required to pay for housekeeping and rental rates are subject state and local taxes. Some rental houses do have a higher tax rate due to where they are located.
A $300.00-$500.00 security deposit is required for all rentals. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after rental period, providing all terms of the agreement are fulfilled. See rental agreement for details.
One half of the rent is due when reservations are made (assuming it’s more than 30 days out from check-in), and the balance is due 30 days before rental period begins. In the event of a cancellation, prior to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by Tenant, less an administrative fee of $150.00. In the event of a cancellation by the Tenant for any reason less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period, Tenant shall not receive any refund, and all monies received will be retained as liquidated damages.
NO PETS ALLOWED and NO SMOKING!
No pets or the use of any tobacco products shall be allowed inside the premises. Any breach of this provision will result in the termination of tenancy.
